Blackton Grange has a brand new vision for modern, unique weddings offering a completely fresh approach to those who are looking to escape the norm in the stunning North Pennines beauty spot. The concept is natural luxury, embodying freedom & personality so no two weddings or celebrations are the same.  Fully licensed to hold wedding ceremonies in our stunning Celebration Barn & farmhouse from summer 2024, you can expect a fairy tale wedding that is completely personal to you.

If you choose to get married at Blackton Grange, you have exclusive access to the whole estate for 2 or 3 nights depending on the option you choose.  This includes the 8 bedroom luxury farmhouse, the Celebration Barn and access to the surrounding 11 acres of land.  You also have the option to "elope" with the ceremony & celebrations being held in the farmhouse or grounds.

We are a dry hire wedding venue so when it comes to your imagination, you are free to explore your wildest wedding dreams.  We simply provide the space for you to unleash your imagination.  You are free to choose which ever caterer tickles your fancy & whatever tipples you desire.  You can choose to hire a quirky bar or simply provide your own drinks to keep cool in the fridge's provided (no corkage charge in sight).

We want you to have full creative freedom and for your dreams to become reality at Blackton Grange Estate. With that in mind we provided information for recommended suppliers which you can choose to use if you wish. A dedicated wedding co-ordinator is also included to ensure things are tip top on your day.  We are also just an email or phone call for any questions, queries or second opinions.

As touched upon, if a "bigger wedding" is not your thing, several areas in our beautiful farmhouse have also been licensed for ceremonies. This means the two of you can run away to Blackton Grange to Elope. Allowing you the choice to get married in the most intimate way with just the two of you or  even bring some guests to help you celebrate.
