Q. "If we hire the Farmhouse only, is there a chance of there being a wedding in the barn during our stay?"  

A. Absolutely not, every booking we take be it for the farmhouse or the barn is exclusive to you. So if you book the Farmhouse but not the barn, the barn will not be available to book by anyone else for the duration of your stay. Exclusivity is our thing.

Q. "Are the bed configurations able to be changed?"

A. All our beds are fixed and can't be split or moved. Please refer to the "sleeping space" tab for a full breakdown of each room

Q. "Are children welcome in the Farmhouse?"

A. Yes, absolutely!  Our booking system just states "adults" for ease so that we know how many bed spaces will be taken up by your party.

Q. "Do you provide logs for the fire and hot tub?

A. We supply a starter pack of logs, kindling and firelighters. This is enough for 1 fire and 1 hot tub session. We recommend you bring additional logs, kindling etc with you if you think you will use these facilities more.

Q. "What's included in the hire of the Farmhouse?"

A. Included as standard is exclusive use of the farmhouse and grounds and all the farmhouse facilities. We provide a basic supply of consumables but we recommend bringing additional things such as dishwasher tablets, black bags etc as we provide an initial starter pack of these types of items.
