That's why we do things differently at Blackton Grange Estate. When it comes to weddings, we may offer a "Dry Hire" venue but we also offer full Co-ordination so you can rest assured knowing all elements of your day are taken care of both on the run up and on the day.
So what does this look like?
We have teamed up with the amazing Amelia Ray Events, our trusted partner for exceptional event planning services. Their dedicated team will collaborate closely with you to understand your wants and needs and how this will play to our venue's strengths and opportunities. With a focus on personalised attention, they meet with you to discuss your vision and preferences, transforming your ideas into unforgettable experiences. On your wedding day, they will be there to oversee every aspect of set-up, execution, and breakdown. You can fully rely on them to coordinate logistics, source suppliers (if needed), and plan venue layouts and timing schedules (what a win). They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, providing each couple with a dedicated event manager. Their goal is to exceed expectations, ensuring a stress-free planning experience and one that you can enjoy. What's even better? they make the process fun as they are so enjoyable to work with whilst being ONIT with their organisation skills and attention to detail.
On your day, they will be available for up to 10 hours and you can choose how this may suite you best - it's completely bespoke to you depending on when they can best be utilised. However, it tends to work best from the morning where they can direct and co-oridante suppliers, support with guest arrival, manage the timeline and all the other bits in between. Stock the beer fridge? Announce you as couple? Move the tables and chairs? Yes, yes, and Yes....whatever you need they will support you.
